DUI Arrest - On Tuesday, April 24, 2018, at 5:41 p.m., Officers Andrew Slota and Alan Abrecht responded to the area of Bamber Lake near Dover Rd and Smith Road for a report of a male in a black colored pickup truck slumped over the wheel.Both subjects were released on a criminal summons. Andrew Lupton was processed and charged with Possession of CDS and Possession of a Hypodermic Syringe. Lawrence Robertiello was processed and charged with Distribution of CDS (Heroin) and Possession of CDS. Lupton of Penn Avenue, Forked River, in the parking lot of Wawa, 800 Lacey Road, Forked River for possession of Heroin. Robertiello of Rachel Court, Brick, NJ, and 34-year-old Andrew G.
